Privacy notice

This notice explains how Cole Property Care Limited (company no. 17384653, 22 Melgarde Road, Catford, London SE6 4TF) uses your personal information.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book or message us we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email, postcode and details about the clean you want.

Why we use it

To reply to you, quote, arrange and carry out your booking, and keep the records a business needs to keep. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: our website host (Netlify, which processes enquiry forms), and WhatsApp if you message us there. If advertising measurement is switched on, Google may set cookies to tell us an enquiry came from an advert. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for your booking and our legal and accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@colepropertycleaning.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
